Learning about "Potatoes"

In this typical French lesson, learn how to make three different dishes based 

on potatoes :

- Potatoe salad

- Potatoes "au gratin"

- Dauphine potatoes (crisp potato puffs made by mixing mashed potatoes with choux pastry) (Pommes Dauphines)

Each dish will be tasted.
