Learning about "Sauces"
In this special and technical lesson, learn how to make six
different sauces :
- Mayonnaise sauce
- Dijon vinaigrette sauce
- Red wine sauce
- Peppercorn sauce
- Blue cheese sauce
- Bechamel sauce
Each sauce will be tasted with appropriated food.
